Carmen joined the team at First Contact in 2005. With over 12 years experience in managing multi-functional contact centres, she has worked with a large number of customers from a wide range of industries.

Carmen has been the key contact between our clients and First Contact for the last 7 years. She is directly responsible for all aspects of the service delivery including:

• Client Liaison;
• System Updates;
• Contact Centre Performance; and,
• Quality Assurance.
